COWORKING SPACE

The NextGen CoWork model is much different than the big guys. We focus on a very limited number of available memberships and smaller overall footprint. This allows you to have a solid working environment and both of us not to pay for unnecessary overhead.

Our model includes Open Desk plans where you take any open seat when you arrive, or a limited number of Dedicated Desk plans where your seat is assigned to you.

You're responsible for your working device (laptop, tablet, etc) as we provide the desk, chair, power, and internet to equip you with the essentials for a successful work day.

We do require that no external speakers are used, so be sure to have headphones to listen to music or take calls.

COFFEE, PRINTING AND MORE...

You have more than just a desk...

We also provide free coffee, tea, and filtered water, a long with access to a refrigerator and microwave. This is not your fancy kitchen setup. This is just enough to solve the needs for most to get through the day.

You also gain access to the printer which offers print/copy/scan features. You are allotted a certain amount of pages of black and white as well as color based on the membership plan that's right for you.

Additional printing is available at the current per sheet pricing.


Also, don't underestimate the value in surrounding your self with other focused individuals and creating great new relationships.

MEETING SPACE ACCESS

You'll be able to meet with your guests/ clients or even as a team utilizing the partitioned meeting space area for up to 6 which has its own private 40" TV with HDMI.

While for most co-workers this is not a regular need, it's always good to know you have a place to strategize and conduct business.

When the meeting space is not currently reserved, you may use it for up to 20 minutes without using any credits or reservation time. Your membership plan will include free reservation time weekly and you can purchase additional time for a low cost as needed.

PRIVATE ROOM ACCESS

Sometimes you need a space to break away and have a private call, zoom meeting, or meet with a single guest or two.

The Private Meeting Room, which comfortably fits 2-3, is the perfect spot to step out and handle those more delicate conversations or to avoid disrupting the other coworkers.

When the private meeting room is not currently reserved, you may use it for up to 20 minutes without using any credits or reservation time. Your membership plan will include free reservation time weekly and you can purchase additional time for a low cost as needed.

CONFERENCE ROOM

Sometimes you need a bigger space to meet with a larger set of clients and or team members; or you just want to be able to have plenty of room and privacy for your client meeting.

With your membership, you'll receive discounted rates on use of the modern design conference room for up to 16.

Features include 75" Ultra HDTV, 2 presenter stools, presenter table, white board, filtered water for all guests included, hi speed internet for all guests, access to coffee machine (fees based on guest count), access to print/copy/scan (printing fees apply).

Available daily, nights and weekends

(2hr Minimum. Groups over 10 may be restricted to evening and weekend hours. Inquire for details.)

TRAINING ROOM

Sometimes you need an even bigger space to provide training events, small conferences, workshops etc.

With your membership, you'll receive discounted rates on use of the modern design training room for up to 21.

This room can also be configured in theatre style seating to fit up to 28 comfortably.

SHARED SEAT PLANS

Now imagine having access to all these great features, but realizing you're not likely to use all of your plan, and that may feel like waste...

This holds many back from getting an office space. So, rather than compromise on having a space to increase your productivity and success, we created a way to make it even better.

With the "Shared Seat" plan, you can add one or more individuals to your plan for a small fee, allowing them access to your Membership and together you can share the costs of the Membership. (currently $50/mo per additional seat)

With this Shared Seat, only one of the authorized plan members can utilize the services at a time, and all usage of access, hours, printing and other services will be combined, treated and billed under one account.

Simply manage your usage together as a team, and everyone can have the right balance of office time and total cost of ownership.
